Minimum Order: There is a 25 (twenty five) Job Jacket minimum per color and per size.
Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped either UPS or Fedex and the freight cost depends on the quantity ordered.
Conditions: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are determined at the time of ordering and will not be changed once the order is received, unless there is an error. Customer will be notified IF there are any changes to the price of the goods, freight or taxes.
Damaged Goods: Damages and/or discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods, with full description on receipt given you.
Special Sizes: Any custom made order is non-returnable and non-refundable. A sample can be produced upon request for a $15 charge (plus shipping) which will be credited from the first order of that size.
Return Goods Policy: If you have any product problems please call 516-625-5000 to speak to Customer service. The return of any product MUST have a prior written authorization. Returns must be within 90 days from shipment date and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns are at the expense of the shipper.
Product Warranty: Jobjackets.com warrants all Job Jackets against defects in manufacturing for a period of Three (3) months from date of invoice. Products are warranted to the extent of replacement or credit only. No other warranty is express or implied, including fitness for any specific application. Due to the nature of this product excessive use or misuse of these products could void the warranty.
